Australian Teleservices Association, Sydney Australia – Developed and conducted a seminar entitled How to Implement an e-Strategy that delivered real life strategies and the pitfalls of e-Strategy implementation for this organization whose members were call center managers and team members. Training included web integration techniques and departmental organization strategies.

Globalstride, Manila Philippines & Glendale California – Expanded workstations from 20 to 200 while incorporating live chat and email at this venture capital funded CRM operation in Manila backed by NetCel360 in Kuala Lumpur, with a 256 kbps point-to-point connection between Manila and Glendale, California, using HP, Lucent and Cisco equipment.

Sigma6, San Diego California and Tijuana Mexico – Completed comprehensive review of firm’s business processes to determine IT requirements versus actual IT infrastructure and configuration. Reviewed several possible software packages, then recommended upgrade to latest version of their existing system, effectively minimizing the learning curve, maximizing web-enabling and saving over $100,000 in potential new package costs.

General Motors, Melbourne Australia, Singapore, Tokyo Japan and Detroit Michigan – Implemented Asia Pacific Region for worldwide Process Quality Management project, with responsibility for mentoring and training of Program and Project Managers of this global transportation industry icon.
