Zero Silence Networks and San Diego Sports Voices to Participate in 4th Annual Sports Marketing/Athletic Administration Symposium for CIF-San Diego
SAN DIEGO, Oct. 16, 2000 - San Diego Sports Voices and its parent company, Zero Silence Networks, LLC will be on hand at the Fourth Annual Sports Marketing/Athletic Administration Symposium on Monday, October 16, 2000. The symposium runs from 7:30 a. m. to 1:30 p. m. at the San Diego County Office of Education.
The symposium location will be 6401 Linda Vista Road, near the University of San Diego.
The program is designed for school administrators, athletic directors, ASB advisors, athletic secretaries, financial secretaries, booster club members, and coaches per the San Diego County Office of Education.
The symposium will be divided into five sessions with three to four breakout panels offered each session. Proposed sessions include associated student body funding sources/fund raising; eligibility issues; medical and health care; programs/fitness training; sport playoff-financial guidelines; coaching education/certification; "Pursuing Victory with honor/Character Counts"; college recruiting issues; hazing/liability issues; community club-high school sports and relationships; and drugs/violence in sports.
San Diego Sports Voices and Zero Silence Networks will be sharing an exhibit booth with Marv Foye and the newly launched "Be A College Player. com." College Player. com is a new web-based business that Be a College Player is an Internet-based concept for students and student athletes to help them market their academic and athletic abilities to colleges and universities with the ultimate goal of gaining regional and national exposure.
