This latest release of Recruitforce. comÂ’s on-demand hiring management solution introduces custom "ad-hoc" reporting, advanced ranking and pre-screening, multiple careers sites and application forms, mass candidate management, and many more features requested by Recruitforce. comÂ’s growing customer family. Key features in the new release include:

Custom "Ad-Hoc" Reporting: An easy-to-use, wizard-based reporting engine allowing users to build custom reports that slice-and-dice any candidate and requisition data stored in the system. Custom reports can be created, modified, and saved on-demand. All reports can be displayed as HTML or exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis. In addition, when creating a custom report users can select among optional bar or pie chart options to graph specific summary data.

Advanced Ranking and PreScreening Automation: By assigning scores to online questions, a ranking can automatically be associated with each candidates when they apply. Each requisition also has an associated Ranking Template allowing the assignment of scores to keywords or phrases found in the resume or cover letter, as well as scores for data provided in standard and custom candidate fields.

Multiple Careers Sites and Forms: Professional Service and Enterprise Service customers can create multiple careers websites to handle online recruiting for different business units, subsidiaries, countries/locations, college/university recruiting, internal applicants, etc. Multiple different versions of each careers site form can also be created to custom-tailor each careers site appropriately -- users have complete control over the online application form, the job search page, the search results screen, and many more forms. In addition, different application forms can be associated with different requisitions allowing unique job-specific application processes.

Saved Searches: Advanced candidate and requisition searches can now be saved for future use. Searches based on multiple fields, keywords, requisitions, etc, can be saved for re-use by individual users and the entire team. In addition, multiple values for all picklist fields can now be selected when performing an advanced search.

Mass Management: Multiple candidates and requisitions can be selected, moved to a new status, marked as viewed/unviewed or flagged/unflagged, as well as deleted. In addition mass emails can be sent easily to all search results or by selecting multiple candidates from any list.

Team Viewing: With the new Team Viewing feature turned on, whenever a candidate is viewed by one user it is marked as viewed by all other users. For organizations where only one recruiter or HR professional needs to review each applicant, this feature can be used to make sure team members do not duplicate work by viewing the same candidates.

Enhanced Administration and Workflow Customization: All administrative, configuration and setup functions have been streamlined for increased ease of use and accessibility. Customizing candidate and requisition workflows has become more flexible and intuitive -- each workflow is managed in its own easy-to-use screen which clearly shows which "Next Step" actions are associated with each Status.

Global Per-User Date & Time Zone Settings: User-specific time zone and locale settings can be controlled by an Administrator as well as each individual user. All dates and times in the system automatically adjust according to each user's settings allowing Recruitforce. com to be deployed globally without forcing users to adjust to a specific time zone or date format.

EQuest Job Posting Integration: Recruitforce. com customers can subscribe to eQuest and link the service to their Recruitforce. com account. This provides the ability to select and send openings to over 1,000 unique employment boards in just one click. The eQuest network of job boards spans the globe including locations in Asia, Australia, Canada, Europe, United Kingdom, South America and throughout the United States.

Recruitforce. com 5.0 also includes the initial beta release of the Recruitforce. com Web API, a standards-based Web Services interface allowing developers to extend Recruitforce. com to integrate with other enterprise applications or built entirely new applications that leverage candidate and requisition data.
