EBridge Solutions Named a Finalist in Tampa Bay's Best Places to Work Contest

Tampa Bay Business Journal has named eBridge Solutions, a web-based document management company, as one of the Bay area's Best Places to Work. The award recognizes the company's achievement in creating a positive work environment that attracts and retains employees through a combination of benefits, working conditions and company culture.

This year finalists will be honored at an awards luncheon on April 17, 2008, when the winning company in each of four award categories will be announced. The four categories are Nearly Big (1-25 employees), Big (26-50), Bigger (51-100), and Biggest (101 or more). eBridge Solutions is nominated in the "Nearly Big" category.
EBridge is one of 58 finalists in the contest. Companies were nominated and once qualified, the information was sent to QMR Market Research, which employed a rigorous statistical process to determine the rankings. Common themes among the top companies focused on work-life balance; respect and caring for employees; recognition of accomplishments; feeling empowered; good teamwork and team spirit; and commitment to community service.
