Author of four best-selling books, and founder of the Wise Woman Center, Susun Weed encourages women to look to the green allies growing underfoot, or otherwise easily accessible, to help themselves with fertility, PMS, menstrual pain, menopause, fibroids, flooding, and more.

Come learn with the woman know for her women-empowering teaching styles. Find your source of healer within. Your strength of knowing. Learn how beautiful and whole you are. And work with your problem as ally.

“Herbs for Women,” a one-day class with Susun Weed, will be held at the Wise Woman Center in Woodstock, NY, on June 19, 2005, from 10am-5pm. The cost is $55 if you pay 2 or more weeks ahead; $65 one week ahead; $75 thereafter. Class includes a delicious vegetarian lunch.

This is an At-Home Day with Susun – new this year! Like her one-day workshops, but less formal and more active. Weather permitting, the class leaves promptly at 10:15 am for a walk in the woods with the goats, where you will have a talking stick ceremony, and lots of time to identify and talk about plants and ask questions. When the goats take a break, a wild food lunch will be prepared and enjoyed. Class size will be kept small to allow personal attention. Class held indoors in case of rain.
