After 14 years as an Executive in the health care industry, Felicia Harlow found herself looking for greater fulfillment, wondering if there was more to life than just a paycheck. It took some time, but Harlow finally found the answers she was searching for.
It started when Harlow, a former Executive for Merck Pharmaceuticals, was introduced to a company called Warm Spirit, Inc.® in 2000. Sharing the company’s vision to empower individuals to care for themselves and nurture their potential within, Harlow became an independent self-care consultant.
Harlow took the next step in 2003, founding Innergistics™, a life development company, and launching the company’s first national training tour “Live Your Dreams.” The series of seminars provided entrepreneurial training skills and challenging participants to take a holistic approach to discover the means for developing their skills and talents to grow a business. The tour graduated 45 entrepreneurs in its inaugural year and now these entrepreneurs all are on the journey of living their dreams. And to think it all begun when Harlow started searching for the answers within.
At Warm Spirit®, Harlow was able to merge her health care expertise with the spiritual gift of discernment to create heartcentered connections that would help others to realize and act upon their dreams. With her passion and purpose in place, Harlow left Merck & Co., Inc. and quickly rose through the ranks at Warm Spirit®, now managing a national sales force of more than 600 consultants.
