Platinum Avenue Poll ShowsTampa Area Executives Uncomfortable in Their Job

A poll conducted by the online recruiter Platinum Avenue shows that many Tampa area executives feel that there job is at risk or lacks growth potential.
The poll focused on executives in active job search from Tampa area, and shows that 25% are either "uneasy about the future" or feel that there "job is in jeopardy." Another 13% said they felt they had limited advancement opportunities; and 40% were unemployed.
For those that are employed, one-half were in the categories that of uncertainty in their current work environment.

Citing the poll, Feldkamp said, "The fact that nearly 80% of executives in active search mode are either unemployed or fear that unemployment may be forthcoming is no surprise, based on my experience."
