Mr. Dugger joined Stewart & Stimmel in January 2002 where he has advised clients on a full range of health care-related issues. He has been instrumental in the development and management of the firmÂ’s regulatory and transactional practice group, and regularly works closely with the firmÂ’s clients to assist in identifying and addressing key operational issues affecting their facilities.

A. in English from Oklahoma State University in 1992, and his J. D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1996. Mr. Dugger holds membership in both the State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of Missouri and is a former director of the Young Lawyers Section of the Lawyers Association of Kansas City. Also, he was named a “Top Lawyer Under 40” by D Magazine in 2004.
