PAGEBID ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF LITIGATION SUPPORT SERVICES SURVEY Collaboration with LawNet Yields Insights into Litigation Support Procurement and Sales Practices
(PRWEB) May 4, 2001
San Francisco -- (May 2, 2001) PageBid, the leading online resource for the document technologies industry, announced the results of its litigation support services survey. The survey, conducted in collaboration with LawNet, provides critical data on pricing of services and common practices of litigation support providers and purchasers.
By polling companies on both sides of the purchasing equation, the survey provides insight into the differences in practices and perceptions in the litigation support services industry. The survey covered, among other things, common billing practices for law firms, reasons for choosing providers, time spent in the request for proposal process, where services are performed, and rates for several of the most common litigation support service purchases. Separate surveys were sent to providers and purchasers, with the results aggregated for each.
PageBid commissioned the survey in order to better understand the practices and perceptions of litigation support services. Many respondents also provided general comments on the industry and many expressed enthusiasm for future surveys on related topics.
