SAI Systems Awarded GSA IDIQ Contract from GSA - ECOE
SAI Systems will assist the US General Services AdministrationÂs (GSA) Energy Center of Expertise (ECOE) in their nationwide program in monitoring progress towards energy reduction goals as they apply to federal buildings.

 SAI Systems International, Inc. (SAI Systems) announced that it has been awarded an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for database development and maintenance services by the US General Services AdministrationÂs (GSA) Energy Center of Expertise (ECOE). The duration of the contract is for a base period of one year and three-year options period. The contract number is GS-11P-04-YAD-0019.
Under the GSA contract terms, SAI Systems will assist the ECOE in their nationwide program in monitoring progress towards energy reduction goals as they apply to federal buildings, as well as implementing energy conservation projects through traditional and innovative methods. The ECOE utilizes the Energy Usage Analysis System (EUAS), a custom application, to track energy usage in Federal facilities throughout the nation. The scope of the resulting task orders will involve maintaining and developing various energy related databases, incorporating new functional requirements and enhancements related to end-user needs. SAI Systems will provide architecture and design services (including restructuring for higher availability and performance), monitoring of database instances specified by ECOE, production and storage of statistics for future database capacity planning and sizing, and database management services. The software to be developed under this contract will be used across all GSA buildings nationwide to cut energy consumption as mandated by Congress.
