HealthCare Partners Medical Spa is now offering a full complement of plastic surgery procedures in the South Bay. The Los Angeles County plastic surgery services will be performed by Drs. Stephen J. Pincus and Glenn Vallecillos, HealthCare Partners-affiliated surgeons who are committed to excellence in their profession. Dr. Stephen J. Pincus is a board-certified surgeon specializing in facial plastic surgery. His experience from the Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama, where he was a chief flight surgeon, to private practice in Beverly Hills. Dr. Pincus earned his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus and was elected into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed an internship at the Bronx Municipal Hospital Center in New York. Dr. Pincus is also an expert reviewer for The Medical Board of California where he assists in conducting competency and physical exams. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngolgy-Head and Neck Surgery and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Pincus has lectured widely and has served as a consultant to Morrow Institute in Rancho Mirage, California
Dr. Glenn Vallecillos is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon who has worked at The Haworth Institute in Beverly Hills, where he established a practice in 2005. Dr. Vallecillos graduated from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Maarten. He completed a general surgery residency at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Vallecillos also finished a fellowship in plastic and reconstructive surgery at St. John Hospital and Medical Center in Detroit and Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan. He specializes in minimally-invasive breast augmentations, lipoplasty, and body lifts, in addition to being skilled in procedures that diminish stretch marks. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, as well as an associate fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Vallecillos is a clinical investigator for Mentor Corporation, a manufacturer of breast implants.
