Tracy Cole is President of Focus: HR, an end-to-end suite of Human Resource Services includes which help local business owners with relief from the burden of employment administration. They have reached over 2000 employees in 2005 and offer a wide range of personnel management solutions through a team of professionals, including improved employment practices, compliance and risk management to reduce liabilities. They also offer access to a comprehensive employee benefits packages, allowing clients to be competitive in the labor market as well as assistance to improve productivity and profitability.
A Former Healthcare CFO and national financial sales consultant to hospitals through out the nation, Tracy Cole learned the value that outsourcing brings to employers through her own experience. Tracy has more than seven years management experience in the Human Resource Industry and in 1999 was named the top sales person for the largest professional employer organization in the United States. Tracy founded Focus HR, Inc in 2003 to service the needs of the local Tucson Business Community. Since its inception, Focus HR, Inc. has served over 200 local Tucson Businesses and has grown 474%. Tracy lives on the east side with her husband Whitey and two daughters Katie and Allie. She enjoys working, writing, cooking, sailing and spending time with her two border collies.
