North Carolina technology companies seeking notoriety, new business relationships, investors, and/or employees will once again have the opportunity to promote their products and services at the second annual North Carolina Technology Showcase. All facets of the NC technology industry will gather under one roof on March 21-22, 2001 at the McKimmon Center for exhibits and compelling programs.

Organized by The NC State Computer Training Unit and Business Leader, the debut show attracted regional and national audiences as well as extensive media attention. Showcase 2001 has plans to double its exhibit space since the 2000 show was at at capacity.

Developers, manufacturers and marketers alike were among the cutting-edge technology companies who participated in the 2000 show. Kelly Campbell, President of Interface Technologies gave a rave review, “As a direct result of the North Carolina Technology Showcase, we hired two new engineers and landed one new client! The quality of the Showcase vendors and participants was outstanding. We will definitely exhibit at next year's show."

Cutting-edge technology companies of any size, scope and breadth are encouraged to participate including: software, telecommunications, information technology, e-commerce, connectivity, networking, wireless communications, biotechnology, and healthcare.

Special early bird exhibit rates, a significant savings off standard rates, are currently available those who act on or before January 12, 2001. Please call 919-872-7077 x101 or visit www. ncsu. edu/nctech2001 (http://www. ncsu. edu/nctech2001) to learn more about the show and how to become an exhibitor and/or sponsor. Speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
